Super Bowl, Super No

Justin Timberlake’s Super Bowl show
was a hit as far as the music and entertainment value is concerned.
His outfit, however, was a
different story.
The matching camouflage blazer and
pants were an eyesore all by themselves, but he had to add more.
The T-shirt, oh my lord, the
T-shirt.
Timberlake’s T-shirt featured a
painting of a moose, or some other wildlife creature, in a setting of the night
sky and a sandy ground.
It was not exactly a Vogue-worthy
outfit.
The bandana Timberlake wore only
added a strange Cowboy vibe to the outfit.
Admittedly, Timberlake at least
kept to some kind of theme: a strange, rustic, outdoorsy one at that.
The white and grey Nike Jordan’s
added a confusing, unrelated piece to the whole thing.
While a more neutral shoe would
have been less jarring, Timberlake opted for the bright white sneaker, that did
not go with the overall rustic theme he was sticking to up top.
Timberlake’s shaved head and full
beard combination was less than wonderful, as well. But that is all up to
personal preference.
The outfit just seemed random and
inappropriately casual for a show that is usually very dramatic and theatrical.
