Gaga Slays the Grammys

The Best Pop Vocal Album nominee stepped onto the red carpet in a custom Armani Privé black lace gown.
The dramatic ensemble featured a black lace body suit underneath a flowing black skirt that glittered as she shifted. The train of the skirt featured ruching that allowed it to fall effortlessly behind her as she posed for pictures.
The ruched sleeves balanced out the weight in the skirt, just as her statement black earrings did, as well.
The drama continued as Gaga opted for platform black booties that looked like they could kill a man all on their own.
The singer’s long, blond hair fell behind her in an intricately layered braid that featured a black ribbon webbed throughout her hair into a corset design.
With a dress that intense, most people would have kept their makeup simple. Not Gaga.
Her black smoky eye featured silver glitter and razor-sharp winged eyeliner. She kept the lips nude to balance the eye, as the entire look was balancing act.
Her nails were painted in, you guessed it, black polish and her rings were mostly dramatically cut black jewels. There was a pop of pink in one of her rings, but that was the only color to be found on Gaga.
There is no other way to put this: Lady Gaga slayed the Grammy’s red carpet.
No matter what designers or statement pieces were featured, Gaga won Best Dressed by a mile.
She may not have been able to add a Grammy to her trophy case, but there was no contesting that she won on the red carpet.
